Another 30 Days Down

Another 30 days down and time for a progress report! I have stuck with the intermittent fasting (IF) for another 30 day period, my min daily fast was 14 hrs and max was 18 hrs, with an average of 15 hrs. I had 100% success sticking with this. My other goal of staying under 1900 cal every day was less successful. I made my goal on 20 out of 30 days. Before the current 30 day period, I averaged 2135 cal per day. I lowered this amount to an ave of 2049 cal per day, so there was improvement, even though I fell short of my goal. Last mo, I burned an ave of 376 per day and this mo, I averaged 362 cal burned per day, so I did slightly less exercise, but my cal deficit on the whole was greater. I did not lose any weight this mo and my measurements are only minimally improved, as I burn fat and add muscle, albeit slowly. In conclusion, I have decided to extend my IF period to a goal of 18 hrs with a min of 16 hrs. I will once again try to keep my daily cal below 1900 per day and maintain or increase my exercise level. I think it may be helpful to blog more. It helps keep me accountable and I need that!
