Planning Portion Control for Thanksgiving this year!

This year I am NOT going to eliminate any food that is spread out for Thanksgiving! I find that when I cut out completely a certain delicious food from my diet that I end up splurging on something else just as damaging!!! So this year I am trying something new...Portion Control.

Not cutting out foods helps me to stay on my plan by just slowing up a bit. Making smaller portions of the heavily laden, fatty foods and larger portions of the salads and more healthy foods is my game plan!!! This is all I plan to do!

So Enjoy your Thanksgiving and don't make the day so miserable by leaving out your favorite foods! Just portion control instead! That's my tip for this Thanksgiving Day!!!
