The step count for my fitbit fitness counter was 12224 last night. Today I did over 13 thousand steps, and went to the "real" gym. There is a fitness gym a couple of streets away from my house, but I have been using home fitness geer due to a membership payment problem. Today I did some stuff at the "real" gym, and now I remember why I join gyms. I worked up twice as much sweat, drank double the water, and felt much more of a workout at the "real" gym. Also I did it in half the time. It may be easier to toss on running shoes, and walk the dogs at my house. However "real" treadmills are a much better workout faster. I need to do 3 or more non-home gym sessions per week from now on.
