Just 5 more minutes has made the difference.

5 minutes.

It goes by in a blink of an eye when I'm procrastinating about doing my workout and I feel every second of it at the end of my workout. That last 5 minutes of my workout has my body reshaping and redistributing again.

I watched a Youtube video from Dr. A. Sharma, where he talks about being in a plateau and how what you are doing is actually WORKING.

He says to ask yourself what would happen if you stopped doing what you are doing? For me, the weight would probably start creeping back on.

He says the things you're doing have gotten you to where you are now. It's time for you to evaluate, learn and determine if you need to do something else.

I chose to do 5 minutes more and I'm noticing it in my clothes. 5 minutes is not too high of a price to pay. It's just one more song.

    emoticon I've noticed it too, so this week I'm making a more conscience effort to add those 5 minutes into my workout. Can't wait to see improvement.
