Feeling Grumpy

Thursday, November 21, 2013

Feeling grumpy and a little blue--not sure why exactly--just thought I would blog it to see if helps--spent the night sweating and freezing. Went to bed last night about 7:30 and had to really convince myself to get up @6 this morning. Short walk with the dog after getting showered (at least I showered) and dressed for work.
Will update as day progresses--back to my work for now.
10:40--I could be getting sick--got the flu shot tho about a month ago, and that worked great last year--feeling on the verge of tears or shouting break-down at the moment--wish I could go to dr--no health insurance til Jan!

I have been walking out something similar for the last week. My sister calls it the "doomie gloomies", I've felt like I was coming down with something, kind of half-mast, kind of thing. Anyway, hang in there! I feel your pain. Try that 4-7-8 breathing technique...maybe it could help? Breathe in through your nose for 4 count, hold it for 7, and exhale sloooowly, for 8. Also, your sweating and freezing makes me think of hormonal imbalance maybe? Sending prayers your way!

Hope it gets better as it goes along.

Hope you get to feeling better. Are you maybe coming down with something? Like the cold or the flu? Normally, when I sweat and freeze, I am usually getting sick, or my body is trying to get rid of the viruses.
