Today I am celebrating my First Anniversary of maintaining my weight loss. Except for exceeding my weight by 2 lbs around Christmas last year, I have maintained or been below my goal weight for one whole year! This is the first time I have maintained a weight loss for a year and I am proud of this achievement.
I have continued to track my nutrition and fitness although now my fitness is confined to physical therapy for my total knee replacement. I go to physical therapy three times weekly, while riding my stationary bicycle and using my treadmill on the other days. I am also doing other strength exercises at home.
I just wanted to share my accomplishment!
