Well today was another perfect day. Once again, I stayed within my calorie limit and walked 4 miles. Feels good. I'm really hoping to lose 15 pounds by Christmas. I know I can do it, as long as I stick to my guns. One cheat day coming up....Thanksgiving, but I don't intend on going overboard...just not going to worry about having that cookie for dessert ;)
