Metabolic Training again today - I am SO SUPER PROUD OF MYSELF! Check out what I did as part of my workout today.
10 second plank - 5 squats (holding weights)
20 second plank - 10 squats
30 second plank - 15 squats
40 second plank - 20 squats
50 second plank - 25 squats
60 second plank - 30 squats
This was our warm up! Who would've thunk I could do all that back to back? I told Jessica that Tony Horton ain't got nothing on her! P90x never challenged me this much. I'm so excited!
