what healthy habit is the hardest to stick with?

The hardest healthy habit for me to stick with is..
Drum roll... ...

Eating healthy. What I eat and limiting how much I eat are soo hard for me to do well at. I need to change these two bad traits before my health reflects my poor eating decisions. I feel like I'm constantly getting off track. I do keep jumping back in it though instead of giving up after one or two bad days. Usually when I do eat healthy, I'll stick with it for a few days then I'll eat my limited food and quantity.. then someone will make or bring home junk and I'll be starving. I feel like I'm starvibg no matter how much healthy foods I eat until I eat what they have because it's my favorite or will feed my sugar addiction. I'm not giving up, but the eating portion was so much easier when I lived alone!

    Do not LIMIT what you eat! I think that's your problem, it's the mindset you are in. It is not about limiting but a lifestyle change. If you view it as a limit, then yes, of course it's going to be hard to stick to your new routine. Focus on the produce and stay away from processed foods. If you crave something, then eat it, but in a smaller portion than what you're use to (all your body needs is a little to get rid of that craving!). You can do it!

    As long as I track, I'm good with healthy eating but I am very inconsistent about fitness minutes. . . . ugh
