Do You Streak?

No, I'm not talking about streaking 'naked' through the super market like the song.
I'm talking about Spark Streaks. You make a commitment to yourself to make a change and stick to it for a period of time.
My Sapphire Team talked about going forward into the Winter Warm Up BL Challenge with some Streak promises to ourselves.
Here are my Six STREAKS FOR WINTER:
1 - Log in my food every day.
2 - Log in my exercise minutes every day.
3 - Chat every day
4 - Stop eating 2 hours before bedtime. - this is the boogy bear! emoticon
5 - Stick to my low carb way of eating.
6 - Spin the points wheel daily.
Let me know what your STREAKS are and how you manage to keep them. I HEAR they can become permanent changes for a healthier life.
