Am I Back?

I'm really not sure. I am so busy I can't really commit to daily check-ins. I've come out, reset everything, and started tracking exercise in a general way. I need some help keeping track of that, but I'm not going to get obsessive about things.

No real goals at the moment. Kinda watching what I eat, but not tracking it. My current diet is gluten free with somewhat low / healthy carbs. I'll get better about diet after Thanksgiving. I've gone up from where I was last time I was here, but overall not too bad. I haven't gone above my "all time high" so I feel good about that.

Overall though, we'll see.

    Glad to see you back. I have lost 80 pounds while you were gone...
    A gluten free diet, so like who knew I had a gluten intolerance???

    I am off Blood Pressure meds, Nexium and Zantac for Acid reflux
    which I no longer have, my blood sugar has been normal for the last
    3 dr. visits, my cholesterol is 160, so all in all, I am quite happy with
    the progress I have made.

    You don't have to overload yourself, just know we all missed you and
    your sweet self on here, and are tickled to see you back...

    Welcome back! It has been about a year since you last blogged. Has it been a year since you last visited SparkPeople? Time has a way of ZIPPING by and I may be losing my Zip! Do what you can fit into you life and just stay healthy. Have a glass of water on me!
