Weigh-In -- 17Nov13

My weigh-in showed no change. My eating has been all over the charts. Some good days, some not so good...
I have been getting closer to staying within my calorie range. Today was within range calorie-wise, but a little low on protein. Most days carbs and proteins are within range, but fats swing wildly. I'm also succumbing to the siren song of salt. In fact, I'm getting both in the same place -- chips. Gotta cut them out, they don't have much redeeming value and I'm not really all that wild about the taste. It's the crunch... (Yes, I know, celery, carrots, etc.)
I did 20 minutes of WATP today to get through day 320 of my cardio streak. I am also almost at the year mark for spinning the wheel and drinking the water.
I have been getting to bed consistently this week at about 11 p.m. (which is still somewhat late, but better than midnight...) If I get to sleep and can sleep to 6:30 or so, I get at least seven hours worth. However, I did have a couple of restless nights, so I wasn't consistently in the 7 hour range.
So -- same goals for the next week
Better nutritional tracking
Staying within the calorie range
Continue drinking my water
Continue at least 10 minutes of exercise a day
Get to bed before 11 p.m.
