Busy Months - Shows on the scale

Sunday, November 17, 2013

Well I must say that these last two months have bee very busy for me and I have not been as committed to my weight goal.
First I went to PR to visit my uncles that are ill and I was a bad girl and ate. Then I came home to deal with working late, conferences, getting ready for accreditation visit and no time for me. In between that I had my in laws at home for a week because my father in law turned 90 and we had a celebration for that last weekend. So that meant more cooking and not enough me time. More eating!!!
Finally this week the accreditation visit at school was stressful but now I have a bad sore throat and boy aches, so I think I my body has finally said STOP emoticon emoticon . I have been in bed this weekend nursing myself back to health so that I can continue on my path. The one thing I have done everyday is walk at least 30 minutes or more -- so I am sorry--I have not been able to log in more minutes for our team!!! emoticon emoticon
All of this is showing in my scale cause I have not been able to lose, but it has not been so bad and I hope to get myself back on track as soon as I can.

You will do it! So glad you were able to enjoy some good delicacies on your trip. We only need to be good 80% of the time to get there, I'm told. :)
