is anyone else benefiting?

As I am on this journey to be healthier, my family is definitely benefiting as well. I am planning meals and eating healthier. Any suggestions for snacks since it is cooler? I normally do celery and peanut butter or something like that. I tend to be less likely to easy my snack if it is cold.

    I love putting together my own trail mix or granola, it's a good fiber rich snack.
    I also love hummus with whole wheat crackers.

    Soups are great for snacks and they also fill you up too. As for what kind that is in your taste.

    I like pumpkin. So sometimes I will portion some canned pumpkin and sprinkle it with pumpkin pie spice. I may warm it or not. At times I will add a festive touch of fat-free cool whip. emoticon

    I like leftover homemade soup, I eat a cup for breakfast or a cup for a snack. I amke mine in the crockpot.

    Since I am single, only my Life Group is benefiting from healthy freggie snacks.

    I like apples w/ cinnamon sprinkled on top. It gives that apple pie taste w/ none of the other calories. My son loves them too. I thinly slice the apples so there are lots of pieces and the cinnamon sticks to it.

    Apple chunks in yogurt is good too.
