T-Minus 45 Days

Saturday, November 16, 2013

There are 45 days left in the year so I'm going to shout it from the rooftop, or virtual rooftop as it were, that I'm going to be 10 lbs lighter by Jan 01, 14! There, I put it out there for all of you to see.

I do very well when in competitions but poorly left on my own so this is a competition I'm going to be having with myself. I will start the next BLC in January and I'm going to start it at 255 lbs.

45 days left in this year and I WILL DO IT!

I'm also going to start training for a Marine Mud Run in June 2014.

I know this will be difficult to do during the holidays but if I wait until January, which my brain is still trying to talk me into, I'll find another excuse.

Thanks, Karen. I need accountability. Yes, let's weigh in on Wed. so we'll be in habit for BLC. I'm going to ask to be back on the vikings, only team I've ever been on! I miss you too.

Thanks for your unfailing encouragement. I appreciate you. emoticon emoticon
