This past week started out pretty well but ended up with some major setbacks. Except for my eating breakfast goal, I lost every other streak I had going. I lost sleep because of my work schedule and school projects that I had to complete. I gave up my exercise minutes to other pursuits and my trusty water bottle lost its appeal. Because of this the scale decided to show me the error of my ways and I now have to get back into Onederland. (My weigh-in for the 5% challenge is for 201.7 lbs.)
I am so frustrated and angry with myself right now I could just cry however, that would be a complete waste of time. Instead I'm blogging and putting my goals out there as motivation. I've eaten an asian pear and I'm in my workout gear, my water bottle is filled and an exercise video is set to go. Then it's on to breakfast and the rest of my day.
1. Drink 8 cups of water per day.
2. Eat breakfast every day with only 2 days of eating out.
3. Get 6+ hours of sleep per night.
4. Exercise for 10 minutes twice per day.
