Ugh. Goals not really met for today. It's late so I'll track tonight's food tomorrow. I didn't get my run it today. I had planned to do it this evening, but it just never happened. I'll run a couple extra miles tomorrow to make up for it.

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-eat well and track food
-long run + boot camp video
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed by 11
