Day starting out great. Got my first full bath in shower. Getting stronger every day. Man coming Sat to check house out for wheelchair. That way it will be done when approval comes thru. Bill will enlarge bedroom door today and ramp in front is almost done.
I am drinking the amount of fluids I am allowed and have not touched a salt shaker. That has been the hardest. I put no extra salt on anything. That is a biggie and yes I am proud of myself.
Our daughters are bringing us cooked meals which is nice. Heather brought one of my favorites last night.It is a recipe I gave her that she uses a lot.Chicken with cream cheese on it and rolled up.Then just dump salsa on it and bake. We like yellow rice as the side. Can't get a correct calorie count but can come close.
Once I get wheelchair Bill and I will cook together when I want something a different way. He has come a long way as a cook.
I am doing great with tracking all calories and staying in my range. Did a lot of planning to have low cal snacks to take edge off hunger and over eating. One thing is thing bread sticks. I have them in baggies that I put 36 calories worth in. I don't eat whole bag. I munch on a bite now and then. Another thing I use are low fat eggo waffles. I put 2 cut into quarter pieces which are 18 each. These for middle of night when I sometimes am hungry.I also keep bag of grapes close by and count 5 cal per grape.These are kept in a drawer next to my chair.
I also have a place to keep calculator,calorie chart,small scale which is only 3x4 inches,sharp knife,Bag with measuring cups and spoons. Cups just for a visual for me.Everything I need to get calorie count for foods.
Still have a long road but it is slowly getting shorter. Keep the prayers going
