Whew. Today, I am just continuing to hang in there. Did my Josh Axe Burst Fit workout that really kicks my behind. Whew! If any of you want to know how to get results in less than 25 minutes, then order the Josh Axe's Burst Fit off Amazon. I'm sure that's why I'm losing my inches.

Walked 4 miles too and boy do my feet feel it. One foot goes numb while the other has this weird popping sensation under the 4th toe when I put pressure on the pad of my foot near that same toe. EEOUCH! A blister popped today too. I'm probably grossing you all out.

But I am determined. I'm seeing progress and this girl will continue to work her byoot off!
