Climbing back on the wagon in time for the holidays.

Hey everyone! I know I haven't been around lately and I aim to remedy that. I hope you have been well and reaching your goals!
Since my last blog in the summer I actually fell off the wagon and regained weight. Uuuugh. I'm not gunna let it derail me completely though! Normally through the holiday season I sadly gain 15 pounds I lose again in the new year, but since I already gained that I am terrified of gaining more. There is zero way that I can let that happen and so I am really cracking down and committing myself to fitness and eating well. I stress a lot about Thanksgiving and Christmas because there is always so much food and high calorie treats like cookies and pies, so I am going to limit how much I make and send my family home with the leftovers if they want them. lol It'll be hard since I'm such a foodie but it can and will be done!
Oh yeah, I'm going to get the Spark Activity Tracker for Christmas. I've been looking into it since it came out and I really think it will motivate me each day! I am sooo excited. Do any of you have it? What do you think? =)
