Update
I tire very easy so it took 3 days to get this written
It has been a rocky road for me and my family. But thanks to many prayers all over the world I am home recouping. It is slow go but I am still here.Getting better every day. Am getting the best of care. One of kids comes when Bill needs to run an errand and Angel and Rebekah will be bringing us a meal once a week.Heather is bringing us one tonight so that is a bonus. Brianna came and stayed all day Tuesday so Bill could go bowling. She gave me a sponge bath and cleaned my butt after I pooped. Not many young girls would do that.
It was a scary way to show some of my children that I really was sick. It is the worse phone call in the world when you are called and told doctor says you better come asap. My whole family was extremely scared.I do have large family and when one of nurses said they were coming out of the walls I thought that was so funny. But wonderful when you see so many ill people with no one. Many nurses told me I was a very loved person and it is wonderful.
I don’t remember a lot about Er room but just doc confirming I wanted a DNR .someone saying they have to cut my nightgown off. Then someone say we are losing her,her lips are blue. Fooled all of them. I don’t go easy.
Next day while my daughter Rebekah was sitting holding my hand my heart stopped. My defib shocked me twice as heart did not want to start again.I always wondered what would happen if someone was touching me when it happened. Rebekah didn’t feel anything but she knew what it was as she has seen it happen in nursing home. Still scared her.Fooled them all again. I am not going til it is my time and that time is not here.
We have a no visit or phone call still in effect for me..Can phone to get updates from Bill,Rebekah or Angel. I am up to text messages but that is my limit. That includes my family. I get out of breath quickly when I talk. Every man’s dream.A woman that needs to keep her mouth shut. emoticon
But I am getting some better every day. Still can’t walk because of knees and breathing but that will also get better.Have bedside commode and we use my walker as a wheelchair to go to bedroom.I spend most of time in my lift chair.Even sleeping and it works well. In fact I just now slept 3 hours straight.
The process to get an electric wheel chair has been started but paper work takes time. I am hoping that in 2 or 3 weeks I will have it. Bill is working on a ramp for front on house. I will need that to get to car for doctors apointment. He is also widening bedroom door.Won’t be able to get in kitchen so will do doorway cooking. Bill is doing good with cooking.
I have made big changes in my eating and will tell you another day.
Thank you for all your love and prayers. I told nurses I had people praying for me all over the world.Rebekah told me her co worker had someone light a candle for me at that big famous church in NY.Can’t think of name.
You will start to see me more often as time goes by. I do read all your comments and your blogs.
So I send you all my love

ok....going to write something and don't take it wrong, but it's the first thing I thought of and it made me actually laugh....at least you're getting some good sleep. (when you wrote about getting 3 hours of sleep)

Alright, enough of that, I'm so glad you have so many to take care of you, and hey, you're getting some good meals...least I'm thinking they're good, right? You can take a break from cooking for a while, you get chauffeur service for life, and lady....you have the "good life" now...only without the money to have to worry about having to figure out how to spend and invest....oh wait...that wouldn't be so bad would it?

Anyway, you will always remain in my prayers and I"m sure a lot of peoples prayers, you just take care of yourself and it is so good to see you posting again. Take it easy and take your time. We knew you were stubborn and would come back to us, that's why we love you so much...and why you're such an example for all of us to follow.

Keep up the great work, we're here for you whenever you needs us, in the meantime, keep up the great work! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Oh, my. You have certainly been on an adventure. Praying continual ally for your healing. Mom wore out two pace makers in her 80's and 90's. We each are given a purpose for our lives and so glad you are still here to touch ours as well as your family. They sound so sweet and attentive. Take care and get your strength up.
