Everything was going well, pedaling at least 15 minutes three or four times a day. I was feeling good then... inflammation?

The pain began as it always does, after exercising consistently day in day out, week 1 turns into week 3 or 4. The muscles can only take so much exercising before they start screaming.

Because I can barely walk, I discontinued my pedaling. The pain feels like inflammation. At times my leg will swell a little & feel a little warm. I begin the anti-inflammatory medicine. Historically, my leg will return to normal & I go back to pedaling, starting all over at square one.

All this began some weeks after my prednisone dosage had been reduced. I have been on the prednisone since September 2000 when diagnosed with PULMONARY SARCOIDOSIS. In May 2013 my dosage was reduced again because I was in remission.

I can't help but wonder if the SARCOIDOSIS is in other parts of my body & when the dosage was reduced, multiple flare-ups began except for the PULMONARY.

These are my random thoughts/theories... to be continued.
