I changed my workout routine!

I changed my workouts this week because I am in desperate need to reach 169 lbs, so here's my run down for this week so far:
Monday morning: Insanity Core cardio and balance
Monday evening: Gym (step aerobics)
Tuesday morning: Insanity Max Interval Sports Training
Tueseday evening: Billy blanks Tae Bo
Wednesday morning: REST (sore muscles)
Wednesday evening: Turo Fire and Billy Blanks Tae Bo
Tomorrow morning's workout: Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance
I did go a little over my calorie range today but I think it's because I'm working out so much and I didn't change the settings so I'm not fusing tomorrow is definately going to be better.
Recommened Calorie range: 1430 - 1780
Calories Eaten Today: 1885
