Week 6

Weigh in result last weekend - down one pound compared to my home weigh in the week before. Down four pounds (I think) compared to my last weigh in at the clinic three weeks ago. No inches lost in past three weeks, but probably because it is my TOM. I'm bloaty. I didn't feel like I had lost inches because clothes weren't any looser. Those pounds come from everywhere I suppose.

On the official clinic books I'm 163, anxious to see 159 on the clinic scale one day. My home scale has ranged this week from 160.2 - 160.8. I have already named my next weight loss phase the "battle of the 150s". I'm ready to take on my opponent which is those ten pounds from 159.99 - 149.99.

This past week I'm more "snacky" than usual. Still I haven't strayed from protocol, I'm just having more IP snacky foods while before I was having mostly the drinks. I have a stressful event coming up soon. My stress response has always been to snack so this is probably why. This is a good opportunity to prove to myself that I can have a better response to stress than heading for the vending machine.

    Finally the scale at home changed! This morning 158.4 lbs.
    Clinic is always 2 pounds higher than my home scale.

    I got lots of sleep last night, eight hours. I feel like sleep is important for my body. It seems like everytime I let myself get a good night's sleep I have a drop in pounds.
