I'm actually pissed off at myself right now. I checked the scale. I am back up to 216. What the hell? I've really screwed up and slacked off. I need to get this in check.

    Don't beat yourself up. And don't get discouraged either. Chalk it up to experience and then go right back to the basics - tracking your food and activity. Hang in there!

    Use that anger as fuel for a new start! You can do this. Fall down, get up, repeat and repeat.
