Pump ME up!

I am, I can, I will, I shall, I CAN, I CAN, I CAN... am I repeating myself? LOL!

Sometimes, I think I need to just make a big sign and post it all over my life... YOU CAN DO THIS.

I forget that I am a strong survivor, and that I am quite capable of doing whatever it is I put my mind to!

Today's blog post is just a rambling of my thoughts instead of a cohesive "blog". I just need to let out all the swirling thoughts and let my brain settle on the positive.

I dream about the negative, I think about it during the day. It has a hold of me and I am having a difficult time getting those messages out and letting the positive back in.
