Training with Jessica this morning.

Numbers:
182 weight
39" under boob measurement
38" waist
41.5" belly button line
15" neck

Yesterday's Food:
Sausage, Egg, Cheese, Onion Scramble
1/2 baked potato with homemade chili & tiny sprinkle of cheese on top
Chicken Salad
Oreo McFlurry

The sweets and processed foods are what I'm focusing on avoiding over the next 40 days.

    Good for you. At age 61 I finally got it! I have to look at processed foods with all the fat, salt and sugar as "drugs" for me. Once I start I can't stop. So I completely avoid them It was really hard in the beginning. but I went cold turkey and now I don't crave them at all. It's been like 8 month now and I feel such a sense of freedom and feel terrific.
