Sticking with the running

Last night I ran in the snow. It was cold, and I didn't want to do it, and I ran pretty poorly. But I did it. And I made my step goal. And I ended up with a tummy ache by the end of the night. But I feel better today.

I'm having company over tonight, so there isn't much time for a workout. I'd like to play Just Dance again for a while, but I don't want to get all sweaty. So I don't know what I'm going to do. Maybe I'll just go for a walk when I get home. But it's cold. And walking is boring.

Also, I've gotta get into a strength training plan. I had one I liked earlier this year and I was really happy with the results. But it got too easy and boring and when it was time to change things up, I didn't have any other plan. So, just like my running plan, it all fell apart.

I hate going to the gym, but I may have to suck it up and start going again. Otherwise, I'd have to buy a bunch of equipment for home and I don't want to store all that crap. I also don't like wasting the time it takes to travel to and from the gym. Soooo... I need to figure this out.
