I haven't signed into Sparkpeople for a while now. Had a really rough week! I found out last Monday that my cousin passed away unexpectedly from a blood clot in his lung. He was 42, married and had 6 girls, the oldest being 16. It's really heartbreaking. The funeral was Saturday and it was very nice. He was loved by so many!!
At the funeral I introduced my husband to a cousin of mine that he had met once before but didn't remember her. She added him to facebook and I found a private conversation with them and she was flirting a lot! "You know you love me....wait til we go camping together......" And lots of flirty things were said. It hit me hard! He claims he didn't know she was flirting but I call BS! He didn't flirt back but I think he kept the conversation going because he liked the attention. Either way I have been super bummed out and have no idea what to do.. I haven't been able to sleep and don't even have an appetite. The last two days I've lost 6 pounds! I guess that is the only good news right now!

You need to inform this cousin that she is not welcome around your house and let your husband know that he needs to unfriend her or else.

Wow, that's some heavy stuff, gal. It can't be easy.
I went through a similar situation earlier this year when one of my best friends died in a car accident. She was a very loved person and I would wake up to numerous messages and missed calls from guys she was close to. They each came onto me a good 2 or 3 times before I had to distance myself and move on by cutting off contact...loss does some strange things to people and that one was too painful to bear.

I don't know this person but it seems like if their priority, following your cousins funeral, was to flirt with your husband, then they will probably get what's coming to them sooner rather than later.

Just keep your head up and stay focused. Create a goal for yourself and don't stop until you get there. Use it to pour your frustration into and soon your husband will be reminded of the awesome woman he married and your cousin look like nothing more than a desperate child to him.

    Good luck!
