Okay. NOW I am remembering that when I've lost weight in the past, I was doing a LOT of exercise. I have been exercising at least 2 hours a day just to get the points. But now my metabolism is finally kicking into gear. emoticon When I first got myself back in gear, I had nebulously lost 2 lbs. Yesterday when I weighed, I had lost another pound. It wasn't what I've been used to in previous weight loss ventures, but hey. It was a pound in the right direction. The first I've lost in a few weeks. I wasn't going to step on the scale again this morning, but my jeans were so loose, so I did. Down another 2 lbs. Pshawww! I'm not going to record it until Sunday, because my weight can fluctuate, but honestly, it feels like a solid weight loss. Some of you ladies know what I'm talkin' about.

Here's another thing!! emoticon I measured myself for the first time in months. Here's the breakdown:

My arms are down a 1/2 inch each
My tummy was down 1/2 inch (but I really think it should be more. Maybe I had gained lots of inches through the summer, but my tummy is definitely down a lot. I know this because I saw my . . . let's just say I know. emoticon
My hips lost 3 inches! emoticon and
My legs are down 2 1/2 inches each! emoticon

Question. Does that count as 6 1/2 inches, or does that count as 9 1/2 inches? I do have TWO arms and TWO legs. Let me know what y'all think.

Oh yeah! Oh yeah! Oh yeah! emoticon I have wanted to use THAT emoticon for a long time! emoticon
