Explaining Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution

Since I have been mentioning JMBR as my Fitness Regime I figure I should explain how it works. The system is 90 Days. There is a meal plan with recipes provided for a 1,200 calorie diet. The workout schedule gets progressively (exponentially?) difficult and is as follows:

Phase I
(Jump Start Your Metabolism Week: Workout 1+Cardio 1, Workout 2+C 1, Cardio 1+C 1, Workout 1+C 1, Workout 2+C 1, Cardio 1+C 1)
Week 1: Workout 1, Workout 2, Cardio 1, Workout 1, Workout 2, Cardio 1
Week 2: Workout 1, Workout 2, Cardio 1, Workout 1, Workout 2, Cardio 1
Week 3: Workout 3, Workout 4, Cardio 1, Workout 3, Workout 4, Cardio 1
Week 4: Workout 3, Workout 4, Cardio 1, Workout 3, Workout 4, Cardio 1

Phase II
Week 5: Workout 5, Workout 6, Cardio 2, Workout 5, Workout 6, Cardio 2
Week 6: Workout 5, Workout 6, Cardio 2, Workout 5, Workout 6, Cardio 2
Week 7: Workout 7, Workout 8, Cardio 2, Workout 7, Workout 8, Cardio 2
Week 8: Workout 7, Workout 8, Cardio 2, Workout 7, Workout 8, Cardio 2

Phase III
Week 9: Workout 9, Workout 10, Cardio 3, Workout 9, Workout 10, Cardio 3
Week 10: Workout 9, Workout 10, Cardio 3, Workout 9, Workout 10, Cardio 3
Week 11: Workout 11, Workout 12, Cardio 3, Workout 11, Workout 12, Cardio 3

To maximize calorie burn, I've been adding the Cardio every HIIT Workout day and twice on Cardio days. Now in Week 3 I can definitely feel the burn and endurance has improved quite a bit. I also know I have lost fat, though the scale isn't moving as fast as I had hoped. I'm building muscle and that weighs more than fat, so I'm just going to keep going and wait to track weight and inches at the end of Phase I. Wish me luck!
