but totally worth it!
I re-started the 28 Day Bootcamp Challenge today. After basically not exercising at all for weeks, the 10min cardio video I did really kicked my butt. Sadly, it use to be one of the ones that I could do fairly well. (Before, it was still a workout, but I didn't feel like I was going to die!)
It was a push to make myself do the workout, even knowing that when I finished I would feel great. And I do feel great! And because of that feeling, I know I'll keep going. I know that I was successful before in completing the challenges, reaching goals & losing weight. It's just going to take baby steps, & a positive attitude.
We can't focus on our mistakes, only the successes!
