Weight the same. Everything else pretty much the same.
I have done better on getting to bed and last night actually got more than 8 hours of sleep.
My exercise streak is still going and I am getting around 15 minutes most days.
I am getting my 8 glasses of water in every day, sometimes more.
I'm still not doing very well on staying in my nutritional range. I have done pretty well with the tracking this week, even though the eating wasn't good some days.
So -- goals for the next week
Better nutritional tracking
Staying within the calorie range
Continue drinking my water
Continue at least 10 minutes of exercise a day
Get to bed before 11 p.m.
It's time to finish up some dishwashing and then head to bed.
Contrary to the posting time on this, I am not up past 11 p.m., it is just after 10 here. I have never changed the time zone on this site...
