Day 7 - A week in

After an insane work day, I'm going to have to go point form again to make it through quicker. This week things should be back to a (somewhat) normal.

- Eating was ok, no major things I regret
- My low-sugar weekend went well, with only a few slip ups
- I managed to enjoy oatmeal with out sugar, discovered that not expecting it to be so sweet really made a difference
- Still not enjoying coffee AS much but I want to drink more green tea anyways
- No exercise due to immense lack of sleep/ need to conserve energy
- My bathroom scale is broken, needs new battery so no weigh-in unless I go to the Y
