As it turns out, the race I wanted to do today was postponed to next week, so I'll get to run it anyway, yay! Instead of running today, I spent about an hour roller skating and then got caught up on my bootcamp videos. Tomorrow I am looking forward to sleeping in!

I ate too much candy today. I need to just get rid of it. It's no good having it in the house. Also need to get to the grocery store and stock up again on healthy options. It's getting to be slim pickings here.

Did better with water yesterday and today. I often have trouble in the colder months anyway.

It's been a good weekend so far. Lots of positives. Planning to enjoy tomorrow just as much before I head into a stretch of 5 days of work.

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-5K run, 10+ min cardio and boot camp video
-eat consciously and track
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed by 10
