Oct in Review; November Goals

For starters, October was a complete failure! I gained weight, instead of losing. My exercise was sporadic as was my water and freggies.

November will be a month for getting back on track. I will have to start out slow again, so my goals will seem trite and small.

My Monthly Goals for November:
1)To lose 5 lbs this month
2)To keep track of my food/carbs and water on a daily basis.
3)To blog once a week about how I did that previous week and how to amend my goals so that I can be successful the next week.

My Daily Goals:
1) Drink 6+ cups of water
2) Eat 3+ freggies daily
3) Exercise for at least 10 min a day

I need some successes this month. I've had too many disappointments in October!!!
