God, how I detest weekends. My nutrition goes into the toilet. Don't know why, but it just sucks me up. The worst part is that I allow it to happen. I guess you just keep on plugging. Hell, it took me 42 years to stop smoking. So, winning the nutritional battle may be a long endeavor. My saving grace is my exercise discipline. Yesterday I had planned a 3.5 hour bike ride. I ended up doing 3:30:31. HOOAAA!!

    Changing eating habits especially on the weekend can be tough. It's that mind set that I worked my butt off all week I deserve a treat. When the treats outweigh the good you did all week then it's a problem. What helps me is remembering why I want to make the changes in the first place. If I need to I put little post it notes on the items that are my go to. I don't need to write anything on them. The post it note is enough of a reminder that I don't need to have this or that. Since I have someone else in the house I can't just toss it all. This is my choice to change my eating, not my husbands. emoticon

    Yeah, the weekend can be a hard time with food for a lot of us ... but as you say, your exercise is smoking! I'd make fun of you and say that it was only 31 seconds over your 3.5 hours....but holy moly....3.5 HOURS!
