In weather, 95° is hot,
in knees, 95° is not.

But 95° is much better than I could do when I came home from the hospital. The booklet says patients should be able to bend the knee at 110° now. I guess I'm not the ideal patient. I am making progress, just slower.

    those "ideal" things are just the top 5% of the entire patient group. they won't tell you the average patient can only do 90 degrees at this point, because they want you to do better than average.

    The important thing is you keep moving it and keep progressing. Not everybody recovers or heals in the same way at the same time. You'll get there!

    Now...let me just close my eyes and imagine that 95 degree weather....
