Good mood today~!

It's a gorgeous day outside, and I'm happy to be enjoying a good mood! I think running in the morning definitely helps me get in a positive frame of mind, if not the so-called "runner's high" (I don't think I actually run long/fast enough to experience that kind of extreme, but one day).

Watched a really inspiring Sparkvideo last night about Sparkmember ZIRCADIA (Dana McKeen) and her journey with Sparkpeople. Her accomplishments with running really impressed me and inspired me to challenge myself to reach new goals.

Thank you ZIRCADIA for sharing your story! Very motivational.

    I agree with starting the day off on a high. For me, it is taking a 7km walk. Have a wonderful weekend. emoticon

    I have found that I am in much better moods since I've lost weight. I get more sleep and just am all around happier. I don't run, but walk, and I think that has helped too.
