...and Up....Days #3 & #4

Friday, November 08, 2013

Am bound and determined to blog my progress daily as I know it will help me see progress when there are days I'm not feeling it. Also finding the mood tracker invaluable during this time.

Day #3 emoticon

Oooof! What a rotten day! Well, nothing wrong with the day but I was scraping the bottom of the mood barrel. It was rough, but I made it through the day.....had dinner out with DH and scintillating company. Business dinner with brilliant, talented people who reminded me how important it is to my happiness to have frequent, intelligent exchanges with others.....and how whatever you're passionate about in life, doing that thing (or things) is so so so important....

This lead to today....

Day #4 emoticon

Muuuuuch better! I 'think' I may have gotten over the hump...if not, at least I'm having a good day....first one in a week. Acupuncturist sees progress.

* No cold food or drink emoticon
* AF - had wine last night - it was a good thing.
* 2 apples per day emoticon mostly
* limit processed foods and sugars to the greatest practical degree emoticon mostly
* Track my mood on the new SP Front Page Mood Tracker emoticon

Now, next week I need to......

I bet you going out and being in the company of others helped to shift your mood (along with all the other things you are doing). I think it's great that you're logging your progress on a day to day basis - another learning tool... something to look back on.

I'm sure the YOGA will be the icing on the cake with everything else you're doing! Go MIMI Go!! emoticon
