...and Up....Days #3 & #4

Am bound and determined to blog my progress daily as I know it will help me see progress when there are days I'm not feeling it. Also finding the mood tracker invaluable during this time.
Oooof! What a rotten day! Well, nothing wrong with the day but I was scraping the bottom of the mood barrel. It was rough, but I made it through the day.....had dinner out with DH and scintillating company. Business dinner with brilliant, talented people who reminded me how important it is to my happiness to have frequent, intelligent exchanges with others.....and how whatever you're passionate about in life, doing that thing (or things) is so so so important....
This lead to today....
Muuuuuch better! I 'think' I may have gotten over the hump...if not, at least I'm having a good day....first one in a week. Acupuncturist sees progress.
* No cold food or drink
* AF - had wine last night - it was a good thing.
* 2 apples per day
* limit processed foods and sugars to the greatest practical degree

Now, next week I need to......
