i exercised 20 min abds today

I got out of the habit of exercising for a while now and today i felt so blauuuu, so i did 20 minute abs and i feel so much better. it's crazy how exercise really helps you mood but it takes alot get motivated enough to do it. I used to exercise failthfully and this year im not sure what happened, i have been so tired and not motivated to do much of anything . So glad i exercised today..

    Good for you! Better take a look at why you might be so tired. It could be anything from low blood to depression. Its not normal for such a young person like you to feel tired!
