I have been on spark people for about a month now and I am really loving it. All the tools have been really helpful in showing how many calories I am eating as apposed to to burning. I always thought of myself as a pretty healthy eater until I started tracking. on average I eat maybe one serving of a fruit or veggie a day and a lot of my calories are being waisted on beverages.

So what do I do now? I am going to eat a clean diet with little to no processed foods and no calories from drinks including pop, beer, juice....and so on. I am however going to allow myself one day a week to splurge and have a "naughty food" I still want to be able to sometimes have the food I love once in awhile and I think this will keep me on track and not over eating on a daily basis.

So hurray for day 1 of my new healthy eating journey!
