Figured it out ... again.

I tried for weeks to lose weight. I wasn't very successful. I was exercising after work and somewhat watching what I was eating. I knew that I wasn't seeing results because I wasn't fully committed. I knew what I had to do.
This week I did what needed to be done.
I have switched my routine: I now wake up at 5am and exercise in the morning before work. It helps jump start my metabolism. I track everything that I eat. EVERYTHING.
I've lost 3 pounds this week.
My hard work is paying off. I'm eating better. I'm sleeping better. I'm feeling much better overall.
