Getting past breakfast

Some days, getting past getting up seems to be a challenge to me. This week, getting past breakfast in tracking and eating right has been my challenge. I get up with the best of intentions, and then, poof, all my good intentions go to the wind.
Today, I'm going to try something different. I'm going to eat breakfast, log it, and turn off the tv and the computer and work on cleaning and organizing my basement to music.
Perhaps, my challenge is in the not planning the food???

Breakfast by 8
Snack by 10:30
Lunch by 12:30
Snack by 3:00
Dinner by 6:00
Snack by 7:30
