Not sure where it came from?????

Wednesday, November 06, 2013

Well, today my weigh in was a 2.8 loss! I am excited but a little confused. I really didn't do anything major I feel to get a huge number. The previous weeks, I have worked much much harder and yet came up with a low number. Not complaining at all just goes to show you that sometimes no matter what you do, the scale will have a mind of it's own.
For now, I will celebrate this victory and just keep on keepin' on!
My son needed to store a weight bench in the extra bedroom for a while so I fully intend to take advantage of having it here. Really excited to have it here even if it is just for a while. Maybe it will get me doing more strength training and when he takes it back, I will be motivated to go to the gym!
Have a great rest of the week all!

emoticon Kim!!! emoticon !! 2.8 lbs is emoticon !!! Kim it came from you being committed to your healthy lifestyle, all those weeks of extra hard work are finally just showing up on the scale. That's why we should never despair when we have our constant "small" losses because then a "big" one can just pop up on the scale seemingly out of nowhere. GO FOR IT with the weight bench!! Of course you should put it to use!! Be careful with form and stuff though, don't want you sustaining any injuries. emoticon emoticon
