Oh boy, I'm getting worried for the holidays. How will I measure servings and count calories with family staying and eating with me?!

    This will be my 2nd holiday season. I was not perfect by any means, but I made wise choices when I could and I tried to keep my portions in check.

    I wasn't legalistic about everything, I enjoyed a small piece of pumpkin pie, but I made sure I kept active. I didn't lose much weight during the holidays, but I didn't gain any weight.

    It is doable. Hope this helps!

    my problem is someone else preparing the food. i don't really cook but i know whoever does the cooking they don't use light dressings, fat free anything.
