28 Days of What I'm Thankful For.......Day 6

Wednesday, November 06, 2013

I'm thankful for my parents I may not be close to them but I still love them ( long story there),may not like the way they live or do but their still my parents ( their no longer married to each other). They raised me to respect others and to help those that need help.I know this one is short but this is what I'm thankful for and we should be thankful for our parents no matter what the situation may be,they raise us the best way they know how I may not always got what I wanted growing up but I was happy with what I could get and never asked any questions why I couldn't have a certain thing and that's what I try to teach my kids be happy with what you have cause there are other kids that don't get what you may want or have. emoticon emoticon

Oh those that are prayer warriors I just got a call that my dad is in hospital please keep him in your prayer the Lord knows all about it.Thanks

I am truly grateful for my family, no matter how disfunctional they are. We love unconditinal because Got first lolved us. They raise us from what they know and we learn as adults and make our own mistakes. Yes, He does and He'll keep your Dad covered as His will be done! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

You asked for it, you've got it!! I, too, believe that most parents do the best they can with the information they have at the time. If we're still here they did something right.

Yes, it is important to love and respect our parents. Sorry to hear about your dad, keep us updated, will pray. Can you see him? If reconciliation is needed I hope the Lord will open the door.
