Week 5

Into my second month on phase 1 of ideal protein. Everything is quite easy. I find my food to be yummy and I'm only hungry when it is close to mealtime. Of anything I miss it is fruit not junk food. However I know fruit will be re-introduced and I can be patient.

I haven't weighed myself since Oct 31st and my next weigh in is this Saturday, Nov 9th. I decided to leave the weigh in to be a surprise. I am following directions and not cheating so there is no reason to worry and take a peak. I'll leave it for the clinic and see if I made it into the 150's on Saturday. I hope so. If I haven't, no worries. Slow and steady is healthy.
