Day 2

Well all in all yesterday was a success!
I did not do everything "perfectly" but that is the whole reason I had to restart yesterday.
No more zebra thinking which only leads to if everything isn't done just so then I might as well throw in the towel.
This is not a diet I can be off or on, but instead a lifestyle change.
I worked out, I tracked (even though I went a bit over), and I drank more water.
Instead of giving in to the throw in the towel voice at 9pm that said, today wasn't perfect go ahead and eat whatever you want...start again tomorrow......
I ignored that and instead told myself, you went over, but not by much and you tracked.
You worked out and drank some water, huzzah!
I was rewarded by being 2 pounds down on the scale today! :o)
I will try and stay off the scale until this weekend, but it was a great motivator to see that number this morning.
Now on with day 2, I've been tracking...now to drink some water while I ride my exercise bike
