Finally trying to get back on the healthy train since college has begun. Looked at my last weigh in to see it was OCTOBER 27TH and was in udder shock and horror. How could I have let myself go for THAT long???
So after I finished my workout for the day I decided to do a weigh-in and measure check. Along with a picture comparison like I was over the summer. Although I have regressed a little in the last 2 months (that have been filled with no workouts and a lot of junk food) I am surprised to say that I was expecting much worse results.
From this side view you can see that I have lost some of my toning. The first picture is from June 26th, 2013. The second picture is from July 27th, 2013 and the third picture is from today. These dates are the same with the next picture...
And although from the side one can see I have become a bit more "flabby" from the front the change isn't nearly as bad. Perhaps, I even look slightly better (although my eyes may just be seeing what I want to see).
Well back to the healthy grind I go.
ANY FEEDBACK OR SUGGESTIONS FELLOW WEIGHT LOSS-ERS?
